After you have obtained the build permit, detailed drawings of electrical plans and construction plans is given to accredited Electrical and Civil engineers. The detailed plans are then passed on to the Chamber of Architects and Civil Engineers of North Cyprus, who give the final approval.

There are no building inspectors during the build phase that will do an active on sight check so it is your responsibility that the work is done according to the plans.
